He/She must have strong communication skills and capable of handling key accounts individually. He/she should be a team player and possess excellent presentation and negotiation skills. He/she should be willing to work long hours and manage in high-pressure situations. He/she would lead Business Development activities in their respective areas and achieve annual sales targets under he guidance of the Business Development Head.

We have an opening for the position mentioned above in our department called CHOICE. Choice basically is a division catering to the entrepreneur’s requirement .The services provided are setting up HR process, Project management, IT consultancy, Financial Consulting, Marketing consulting etc.

• Handling Statutory audits, Tax audits and Internal audits

• Implementing sound financial policies supporting the business growth

• Ensuring that the business operations are adhering to internal controls

• Cost Management

• Timely and Sound MIS

• Budgetary control

• Compliance with the Financial and Internal Control policies

• Control all Cost heads – Selling, Marketing, Material with online tracking of expenses as well as future plan on major activities

• Cash Flow Analysis

JOB PROFILE:

Key Responsibilities Include:
1) Run the division-business by driving daily, monthly, quarterly and yearly sales numbers.

5) Understand the products and services the division has to sell and involve actively inn self as well as team knowledge up-gradation

9) Actively initiate with the Marketing team innovative marketing strategies for enhancing sales numbers.

10) Continuous monitoring & analysis of city/zone wise, customer wise, product wise sales movement

11) Identifying underperforming executives to initiate necessary & alternative steps

12) Analyze & review the market response/ requirements

13) Develop & Maintain structured database required for business analysis.

14) Manage pre & post exhibition/ awareness show participation.

15) Manage the human resources of the division, sustaining high motivation levels, monitoring and guiding performance, identifying areas for training and development, attracting and retaining talent.

16) Monitor the Activities v/s Productivity of Each Branch

17) Carry responsibility for all division profitability

• Call Participants fix an appointment for the review.

• Check the previous minutes. If the client interaction is for the first time than read his data sheet or else gather information about him as well as his organization.

• Call & reconfirm the appointment well in advance.

• Conduct the review.

• Write the minutes on returns to the office the same day or next after the review & send a copy of it to the participants too.

• Call to check on the progress of the implementation of strategies.

• Filling the minutes.

• Noting the common challenges faced by the participants, during discussion in the monthly meeting.

• Attending monthly meetings & sessions.

• Check on actionable’s.

Desired Candidate Profile:
• Good communication.

• Willingness to interpret facts & details.

• Active Listening.
